Extract pages from PDF

Choose the pages you need and save them as a new document.

How to extract pages from PDF online

To extract pages from a PDF, open the file so every page appears as a tile. Tick the pages you want, or type numbers and ranges like 3-5, 8 in the box, and drag tiles if you want a different order. Choose one PDF or one file per page, then click Extract pages. The document is never stored.

Step by step

Three steps. Most files take a few seconds.

  1. Step 1: Open your PDF

Drop the file onto the page. Every page appears as a tile.

  2. Step 2: Pick pages

Tick the pages you want, or type numbers and ranges in the box. Drag tiles to reorder.

  3. Step 3: Extract and download

Choose a single PDF or one file per page, then click Extract pages.

Why use this tool

  • Two output modes

Get one PDF with the selected pages in order, or a zip with each page as its own file.

  • Quick ranges

Type 1-3, 8, 12-15 and the matching pages are selected instantly.

  • Exact copies

Pages are copied, not rendered. Text, links, and images stay as they were.

Your file is never stored

Your document is used only to produce the result you asked for. Once the download is ready and you leave the page, the file is gone. There is no copy to keep, no account that holds it, and nothing to delete later.

That makes it safe for invoices, contracts, bank statements, ID scans, medical records, and anything else you would rather keep to yourself.

Frequently asked questions

How do I save just one page of a PDF?

Open the PDF in Extract PDF Pages, tick the page, and click Extract pages. The single page downloads as a new PDF.

Will the extracted pages keep their order?

Yes, unless you drag tiles into a new order first. The new file follows the order you see in the workspace.

What is the difference between Extract and Split?

Extract takes only the pages you choose. Split divides the entire document into pieces so that every page ends up in some output file.

Is it safe to use this with confidential documents?

Yes. Your file is used only to produce the result you asked for and is never stored. We do not keep copies, read the contents, or share them with anyone. Once you download the result and close the page, the file is gone.

Is there a file size or usage limit?

There is no daily limit and no account. Files up to a few hundred megabytes work on a typical laptop. Very large scans may take longer on a phone.
